Hydraulic Marine Consultant is a company which was created in 2004 by Gilbert PAGNAC so as to provide solutions concerning the installation and maintenance of hydraulic roll stabilizers as well as several other hydraulic parts.
Since 2011, his daughter Cécile ensures with him the management of the company.
